A NW native, Barbara has lived in Corvallis for 22 years, is intimately familiar with the area and deeply committed her community.
Barbara and her family are committed to Corvallis as their home, raising their children here. As a parent of three kids she stays actively involved in numerous youth activities. She has held positions such as team parent for basketball, soccer coach, helped with the annual pancake breakfast at her daughter’s elementary school and helped to organize and oversee the Senior All-Night Party, a safe & fun celebration for graduating seniors. In addition, she is a strong supporter of local arts and other community organizations.
For relaxation, Barbara enjoys reading and adventures in the beautiful Oregon outdoors and spending time with friends.
She hikes with her two dogs, white-water rafts, and enjoys spending time in her garden. She’s sure to be found at the farmer’s market and most of our local area fairs and celebrations- supporting local events and the local economy.
